Jessica Kramer

Jessica Kramer has a dynamic background with over 20 years of professional experience in client services and account management. Specifically, over the last 10 years, her work has focused on the financial services, real estate, and mortgage industries. Jessica is a highly efficient and solution-driven team member who excels at identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance processes. Her passion for client satisfaction, combined with her proactive approach and willingness to lend a hand, make her an indispensable contributor to LVW’s success.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from American Military University. She is a lifelong learner who continues to take courses to further her education. Prior to joining LVW, Jessica worked as a loan administrator for a mortgage company, acting as the main point of contact for clients and facilitating all stages of their mortgage loans.

Jessica and her husband enjoy traveling with their three children, being outdoors – fishing, hiking, boating, working around their small farm, and spending time with family and friends.
