LVW Advisors Founder and CEO Lori Van Dusen will be honored for her philanthropic leadership at the Monroe Community College Foundation’s 35th Annual Salute to Excellence gala on November 18.
For more than 30 years, Lori has advanced MCC’s mission to expand educational and economic opportunity in Rochester. The college prepares nurses, first responders, skilled tradespeople and other essential workers; partners with local employers; and helps students pursue meaningful careers and greater economic mobility.
Lori’s service includes acting as an MCC trustee and Board chair, supporting the MCC Foundation, and advocating for the college and its students. She believes education can transform individuals, families and communities.
The Salute to Excellence celebrates MCC, its alumni and supporters while raising funds for student scholarships, faculty enrichment, educational equipment and innovative academic programs.
