With an affinity for confidentiality and process, Molly Breen is responsible for the ongoing management of LVW’s compliance program. She works to develop and maintain policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to protect the firm and its clients.

A graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, Molly has a breadth of experience in both operations and compliance. She began her career in financial services with M&T Bank in Buffalo, before moving to Connecticut and serving as an operations and compliance manager for a commodity trading advisory firm. Prior to joining LVW, she spent seven years as the chief compliance officer of a New York City-based investment management firm.

Outside of the office, Molly is an avid reader and wine enthusiast and loves traveling with her family. She can usually be found on the sidelines of a soccer or baseball game with her husband, cheering on their three boys.
